Frequently Asked Questions

  • Yes! We have seen complete transformations in our clients’ dogs. Together, we can achieve just about anything if you’re willing to put in the time and effort.

  • The most important tool is motivation, which is why we use a combination of rewards- like treats, toys, and praise! Other tools we use are on a case-by-case basis. Some dogs require slip collars or prong collars, some e-collars, some need a combination, and other dogs will use none at all. Our training method is individualistic and personalized according to you, your dog, and your goals.

We explain in-depth to every client how and why to apply the tools we recommend.

  • Dog training is a lifetime venture, but we recommend at least one month of consistent training to see real results. We sell packages according to what best fits your goals.

  • We are, in fact, much more affordable than our competitors as we strive to offer affordable high caliber dog training to everyone. We all spend money on our quality of life, whether it be education, health, expression, security, or even entertainment. Investing in dog training is investing in the quality of life for both you and your companion! You’re paying for our 11+ years of experience, our knowledge, and the lifelong skills you and your dog will be developing.

  • Yes!

For our board and train program it is very common for our clients to travel for our services. If you can make the trip, we can train your dog! We can accommodate more flexibly if you are traveling from afar.

We offer virtual training so we can meet with you online from anywhere.

  • All services must be paid in full before the start date. You will be able to make purchases directly from this website.

Taking care of payment ahead of time allows us to focus on you and your dog during the session as well as keep an accurate schedule.

  • “Unlike most traditional “shock collars” our E-Collars use a form of stimulus that targets the neck muscles of the dog. With stimulation levels ranging from 1 to 100, our E-Collars allow you to adjust the stimulation to a level that is best suited to gently communicate with your dog. That “best level” can be locked to prevent over-stimulation and easily adjusted for a higher distraction environment when necessary.” -www.ecollar.com

Dogs learn best through tactile communication, that is why we choose to train and educate people on the humane and ethical use of E-Collars. It is our goal to give YOU the confidence of control, safety, and crystal clear communication with your canine companion. These amazing tools truly save owner-dog relationships as well as so many dog’s lives!

  • Yes! If you have completed a training program with us you may be eligible for boarding options. The cost is $65 a night on our beautiful 5 acre farm. Your pup will be staying with us and our personal dogs in our home. Please reach out at least one month in advance if you are inquiring about our boarding services!

  • We recommend not to visit because it could interrupt and delay the training process, but we will send weekly photos, videos, and updates!

  • No way! While we do utilize crate training and rotate crate times throughout the day. Unlike other Board and Train Programs where dogs might be in a kennel for 23 hours a day, we offer an immersive experience where your dog is integrated into our pack in our home. On our 5 acre homestead your dog will get equal time between crates, kennel runs, training, outings, free time, enrichment activities, structured home rest, playtime, and socializing just like our own personal dogs.

  • That depends on the level your dog is at when they come to us. Different dogs have different learning rates. So while one dog may make it all the way to the e-collar learning, another dog might need more time to reach that same level. We do not rush the training to get flashy results. In order to get the best lasting results, we teach your dog at a level that they excel at. Our Board & Train Program also comes with complimentary private coaching sessions to set you up for success at home.

  • You may! If you decide you want to keep advancing your dog’s training then we can email you an extension form and we can extend your program. This requires at least one week’s notice before the assigned pick up date.
